Obama Girl - Sarah Louise Stanton and NOT Sarah Louise Palin is a REALTOR in Dayton Ohio with no Insurance to cover a big toe nail removal and STILL walks for OBAMA! Yep I DO and WE all should if WE want him in OFFICE! I have worked for banks and fired banks and been to loads of Sheriff Sales for Clients and have watched the Bank Representatives jump from say $42K to $85,432 on PURPOSE because they were tired of haggling with the CITIZENS trying to KEEP their homes! I have watched NUMEROUS Examples of this and anyone who is consciously aware will have noticed this too! The BANKS paid way too MUCH for a LOT of homes I SAW IT EVERY SINGLE TIME at a Sheriff Sale and wish I had my Sony Ericsson Cell Phone back then!!! These BANKS who are being BAILED out by the GOVERNMENT are now getting even more money and they have ALREADY wrote off the money numerous times!!! Like when FIRST started losing the home and the mortgage payment and writing that off and then writing off the whole foreclosure proceeding and the high legal fees and then at the Sheriff Sale if it caused a loss and then at the Re-Sale of the Property when they had their holding costs and all the maintenance and bills and then I would sometimes see homes go into foreclosure numerous times!! So, I am doing ALL I can to SHOW YOU the PUBLIC that the BANKS started the DECLINE of the Mortgage Industry and the Decline of the REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY in General which has now put us IN TO A DEPRESSION!!!! They victimized American Citizens of the HOME FORECLOSED upon by the BANK and the Habitants were only INNOCENT VICTIMS of GREED!!!!!! I watched Other REALTORS BUYERS or My Own Buyer who would NOT Listen to me when I told them $5 or $6K were NOT NORMAL CLOSING COSTS and they should ONLY be $2-$3K depending if the Seller was helping with costs, taxes and insurance and how the pre paid items were worked out by the LENDER. I watched this happened numerous times and it got worse! I watched it get worse and did hundreds of BPOs for my clients who I fired a couple of years ago and started working more in Property Management so I can HELP the Innocent Victims of FORECLOSURE and HELP the TENANTS of such homes as well as PAST HOMEOWNERS! The BANKS who Bought Dayton and then Sold Dayton should NOT be HELPED out by the GOVERNMENT!!! The People of Dayton Metro area are part of the TOP RANKING Areas for MAJOR FORECLOSURE! I used to have my additional website go directly to my Professional Real Estate site as did not want my name on the back of my Bumper so now the URL of BuySellDayton.com goes directly to my YouTube.com/SarahDayton so the WORD can be OUT!!! I drive around Dayton Ohio and the whole Metro area with Obama Signs on Back, Front and both sides and the BIG BuySellDayton.com on my BACK Bumper!! :)
