The second of three parts of a video on "Innovative Workplaces"; a conference focused on increasing flexibility and responsiveness in modern companies through organizational change, better exterior and interior office design, improved space planning, and improving the health and safety of your human resources.
The conference was co-organized in Bucharest, Romania by SOPOLEC Business Advisory Services, Corporate Office Solutions and World Class Fitness.
Part II consists of a presentation from Mr. Vladimir Arsene; the President and Design Principal of Westfourth Architecture in New York City and Bucharest, a professor of architecture and a recipient of numerous awards for his innovative structures. Mr. Arsene presents "How Architecture and Interior Design are meeting the challenges of business today". He introduces interesting examples of the new, more open buildings as the "public rooms" of the city and notes how the flexibility required by the tenants can be accommodated without changing the desired external appearance.
Ms. Benedicte Feltz is a specialist in ergonomics and a product manager for the Steelcase Corporation- an innovator in the field of furniture to support workplace effectiveness. Ms. Feltz will present new innovations for the office to address flexibility, the new technologies in use, and ergonomic health.
