To challenge the most troubling fears and worries that are troubling my mind and body - which make my thinking unclear and my feelings confused....I must be committed to take new and more SENSIBLE and AMBITIOUS set of actions...the actions which I consciously choose by myself AND FOR MY LIFE...
I must go beyond my limitations and comfortable zones...
I must become fully responsible for my life and how I feel...
I must turn to MY great goals which I have never given enough of my attention they deserve ...
I must create the essential beliefs that go beyond my present beliefs to move me in that direction...
then I must make a plan which has to do with actions....lot of actions
One of the best ways to change my states of mind is to consciously and deliberately CHANGE my ON-GOING major goals...because goals must serve me and there is no need to try to fulfill the goals which prove to be unfit to my way of life and core values.
All of these will get me into the RIGHT states of mind....the states of mind I need to have, in order to achieve the results for my life...for the goals I that I must accomplish...
