Though the economy is in a dismal state, according to Fortune Magazine there are still plenty of companies who keep their employees happy and keep them from needing to get an online payday loan. Fortune picked 100 companies and dubbed them the Best Companies to Work For.

Dont worry, I had never heard of this company before, either. NetApp is an online data management site. Apparently it has been on Fortunes list for six years, and now it has crawled its way to the top. According to Fortune, the egalitarian culture at NetApp plus great benefits has employees raving about loving where they work.
The benefits include things like five paid days for volunteer work, adoption aid and autism coverage. Even in this dwindling economy, the company has grown. It hasnt laid anyone off, and it has $2 billion in the bank. Looks like no one who works there will need an online payday loan any time soon.
