In this part of my Rock Your Body Workout I target my back with 4 basic exercises that tighten and tone this large area of the body. A lot of people skip the back because it is not in front of them in the mirror everyday - this is a big mistake! Think of the body as a whole. The more lean muscle you can add the more calories your body will burn and the faster your metabolism will burn away fat stores in your body. Working your back will only help to improve your front side so don't skip it!
