The Evans family is keeping vigil at the city jail, waiting to see their son JJ, who has been accused of holding up a liquor store. During the night at the jail, James, during his sleep, grabs and hold a woman next him...and it isn't Florida! A loan shark enters and offers The Evans a loan for bail money, but is chased away by one of the officers, who then tells The Evans that JJ is free to go...that it was a case of mistaken identity (check out the person who JJ was mistaken for)! In the meantime, Thelma returns to the jailhouse with bad news: Because of the arrest, JJ lost the new job he was had supposed to start the next day!
