Landlady decides to save money by not hiring a plumber, tries to fix broken bath faucets herself, pulls faucet stem out of the wall without turning off main water, water gushes into wall and down across the underside of floorboards, pouring into the basement below. She doesn't know how to turn off the main water. She didn't bring the basement key with her. She drives home to get the key, comes back, still can't find the main water turnoff. Tenant finally finds it for her, water is turned off. Water supply remains off for the entire day and faucets get fixed a week later, after total of 4 visits by landlady and 2 handymen. On the fourth and final visit, however, she brings a plumber.
