Workway has the following immediate Direct Hire opportunities in the Phoenix area:
Personal Banker - Scottsdale/Mesa: Responsible to acquire, retain and expand new and existing customer relationships by providing a positive new account experience, interviewing the customer to assess needs, and recommending and selling appropriate banking products and services. Act as the primary resource for all retail financial services and products including consumer loan products. Requires HS Diploma and 2+ years related experience. Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 per year plus commission
Business Development Officer - Scottsdale: Responsible for originating new commercial deposits from small to medium sized businesses through direct calling, developing partner relationships and networking in the community. Requires 3+ years of experience selling banking products and services as well as outside business development. Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year plus commission
Credit Analyst - Scottsdale: Responsible for gathering and analyzing credit information on current and potential borrowers, determining the advisability of granting credit and preparing loan write-ups for commercial and construction loans. Requires 3+ years of related experience including financial analysis and preparing loan write-ups for commercial lending. Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
Commercial Relationship Manager - Phoenix: Originates, assesses structures, negotiates, and administers commercial credit to small businesses in order to administer and grow a high-quality loan portfolio. Requirements include experience and education equivalent to a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, including formal bank credit training, plus 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial lending and commercial business development. Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year plus commission
