The Monahans school district is nearing the end of its three year bond projects and many of the students are already seeing the difference.
The 29-and a half million-dollar bond was approved in 2005.
This year students at Sudderth Elementary will take advantage of a state of the art science lab, computer lab, and there's even a portable computer lab that can be used in any classroom.
The sports complex also saw updates with new air conditioning, a new roof and repairs to the pool.
Superintendent Keith Richardson says parents should feel good about passing the bond.
Richardson says, "I think they're seeing what the benefits are for the kids. It's been a wonderful thing for the community and the school."
Tatum elementary is still under construction.
It should be complete in January.
Monahans High School renovations will follow.
It is the largest and the last of the bond projects.
